FINAAS acted as the financial advisor to the sellers in connection with the preparation of the financial data room and the financial due diligence process during the sale of iDATA Consultancy Services Foreign Trade Inc. and its subsidiaries ("iDATA") to BLS International Services Limited ("BLS"). iDATA, which provides comprehensive visa and consular services in Turkey and in various countries through its subsidiaries, is an officially authorized visa service provider for Italian, German, and Czech visa applications. In 2022, iDATA achieved approximately €20 million in revenue and €10.4 million in EBITDA.
