After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration, started a career in consulting and expanded expertise through international experience in San Francisco. Served as Financial Control and Reporting Director at one of Turkey's leading industrial companies, managing large-scale financial processes with a market capitalization of USD 10 billion. Through FINAAS, founded in 2020, provides IPO advisory, financial structuring and management reporting services.

25 years of experience in financial management, company valuation, and CFO services. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Business Engineering, started a career in audit and expanded expertise across various sectors through international experience in San Francisco and Warsaw for 10+ years. Prior to FINAAS, as CFO, successfully managed all financial processes of a global corporate structure spanning Poland, Sweden, the UAE, and India. Has specialized in ERP transformations, strategic budgeting and financial integration of international projects. Since 2021, has been involved in numerous projects at FINAAS in M&A, CFO services, company valuation and financial due diligence.

Nearly 25 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting and CFO services. Graduated from Marmara University, Department of Economics. Led various projects as Audit Director, specializing in IPO and M&A processes. At an investment holding company, served as Group Finance Director with direct responsibility for reporting, budgeting, financial modelling, M&A processes, cash flow management, bond issuance and capital increases. Since 2022, has been providing services at FINAAS in financial strategy development, due diligence and company valuation.

Nearly 25 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and ERP integration. After graduating from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration (English), began the career leading audit processes. Following the audit career, held executive roles at leading Turkish conglomerates before assuming the CFO role at a pioneering technology company, where managed the company's USD 589 million sale to an international technology group and the subsequent financial integration. Achieved significant success in SAP transformation projects, cash management, and financial structuring of new business models. Since 2023, has been providing services at FINAAS in financial strategy development and part-time CFO services.
